Cancelling
Cancel a subscription whenever you like, with the link on this page or by writing to us. It stops renewing, and the period you have paid for runs to its end. Mach 3 has a three-month minimum.
Refunds
Write to us within 14 days of a charge. If the work it paid for has not been done, we refund it in full to the card you paid with. Banks usually show a refund within five to ten business days.
